Swann's Classic Teas cares aboout your. We defend the privacy of our customers to the very best of our ability. We do not give, rent or sell any information entrusted to us by customers or visitors to our website. We do not track customer activity on our site. Customer information is not kept online except in encrypted form. (See Security statement.)

The information is used by owner/employees of Swann Teas only for the purpose of:

Orders are kept online only in encrypted form ( see security) for 45 days and then destroyed. Credit cards numbers are kept on file in the office, not online, and only if requested by the owner.

Unsubscribing All email promotional material includes simple instructions for unsubscribing to newsletter. Just reply to the email with unsubscibe in the subject line. Call us toll free at 1-877-780-8081 to cancel the paper catalog or to have your information removed from our database.

We have not had a security or privacy issue in the 10 years we have been selling tea.
