Satisfaction Guarantee Our teas are fresh and of the highest quality. Our accessories are attractive and functional. If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased from Swann's Classic Teas, we invite you to return them, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund or credit.

Return PolicyYou can return any goods for any reason. To return goods within 30 days of purchase, securely pack the the items, insert a copy of your invoice, indicate in writing the reasons for return, and mail by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Send to:
